Interests: Jesus is #1, end of story. I've been going to BFWC for almost 5 years now. It's my home away from home. I was saved there & it will always have a special place in my heart. I go to Horry-Georgetown Technical college as a Early Childhood Development major. When I get my degree I am going to co-own Children of the Vision daycare center with my best friend. Music is another love of mine. In 6th grade I stumbled upon the orchestra program & fell in love with music. I started out on cello, but switched to viola. I'm not really a part of anything with it right now. Besides playing, I love listening to music. I have to have something playing when I go to sleep or it'll take FOREVER for me to fall asleep. I also love walking around campus just listening to my mp3 player, but it doesn't hold near as much as I would like it to. I have a few close friends that I can count on for anything & I love them so much!
Expertise: I can't really say I'm an EXPERT at anything, but there are some things I'm pretty good at: playing viola, doing skits, working with kids, talking a whole lot, working at Zaxby's, being a true & loyal friend, school for the most part, typing fast, memorizing words to songs quickly, having fun no matter what, I can pat my head & rub my tummy =] OH YEAH, YOU KNOW YOU LOVE IT!

| YOU DECIDE! This weekend has been so crazy. I have packed almost a whole work week into 3 days [about 35 hrs]. Tonight was A-MAZ-ING! No, it wasn't work haha. I got off at like 7:40ish. I went to the EDGE & man it was flippin' awesome. I mean, in praise & worship, I was actually able to praise & worship fully. I didn't have to worry about who was talking to who, who was hitting who, who was running, who was hiding under the table, Bre's broken collar bone not getting hurt [poor thing!  ], making sure I was timing the songs just right, etc. etc. I was able to kick back & just... worship. It was wonderful. The message was awesome as well! I got something different out of it than other people probably did. It's like, all these people went through a whole bunch of testing that is waaaaaaay worse that the tests I am going through. I need to suck it up & increase my faith because it really isn't going to last forever. As far as testing goes for me personally, this year is a WHOOOOLE lot easier than 2006. On that note, I'm going to bed soon, because I have a test in the morning... ugh. I can't wait until 8/8! [That rhymed.] It's my final exam day. WOO HOO. Then I get like 2½ weeks off until fall semester starts. | | |
| This weekend is going to be beyond lame. I have to work a lot: Friday: 10:30 am to probably after midnight at Ryan's.
Saturday: 11 to 4 at Zaxby's & 5 to about midnight at Ryan's.
Sunday: I work 12 to 7 at Ryan's. Sundays are really annoing lately. This weekend will make 3 weeks in a row that I've had to leave church early to go to work. I really need to talk to my manager about this, because I won't stand for it anymore. Well one good thing about Sunday is the fact that I get off at 7. Woooo! I can make it a little late to the EDGE! =]] I don't know what's been going on lately, but I haven't been able to sleep before 2 am in a long time. It's really annoying when I have to wake up at about 8 am tomorrow [haha today.] This is the reason I'm rambling on & on about basically nothing, in case you were wondering. Dear Kelly, Thanks for the Myspace message. I love you. Definately call me soon. More randomness... I'm wearing a Youth Invasion 2003 shirt. =]]
Good times, good times... I need to go to bed. Anyone want to read me a story? How about one about a girl who quits a job that she has worked at for over 2 years, yet gets no hours & crappy pay. That will be a reality at the end of August. Finally, after talking about it for so long, it will happen! This time I'm sure of it. Tonight was horrible, by the way.
Matt & Travis made me cry, talked crap about Maria & me all night, then Travis ended up walking out & quitting for something totally stupid. Ehh good ridence. He's going back home to Florida this weekend anyways. Mmkay, bed time for Miss Amanda. =] | | |
| I made a playlist for my myspace & decided to add it here too. I worked really hard to make it, so yall need to listen to it. It has 75 songs that are all different, so I'm sure you'll find something enjoyable to listen to. I love my taste in music. I love the diversity of it. =] Anyways, so I've been working a lot... a whole lot. I really haven't hung out with anyone much. I feel kind of distant from all my friends. A lot of them I haven't seen in a long time [or have seen them just haven't been able to really talk.] I had a good day on Saturday though. Myranda turned 23 & the party was awesome. I'll post some pictures if I can get Sami to burn me a CD. It was a murder mystery party, so almost everyone dressed up & had a character to play. It was tons of fun. I'm going to sleep now.
